I have been doing "HealthRhythms" for years. Drumming gives us an experience where we can be free to connect with ourselves and others, in order to release and heal. It is a universal language where all people can be a part. It also is great fun, relaxing, and a blast!
Teen suicides/challenges are real. Let me help in this small way to create a "R.E.A.L. Corner "in the life of your teen.
This is my Pay It Forward offering.
If this is something you think may help, and he/she would give it a try, go for it. Register him/her. No obligations, just try.
OUR MOTTO IS : "R.E.A.L."
